I don't know what's better; the fact that this book is based on hip hop artists or the fact that this creative as fuck. Who would've ever thought to take actual musicians, specifically rappers and turn them into coloring pages or word searches. Bun B and Shea Serrano have created a fun, interactive and kid friendly project that is cool as shit.
I know I posted about this before, but this is my final review of the book. I would have loved this to be more than 45 pages, but I understand that creating something like this from scratch isn't very easy. The pricing of $12.95 was a lil higher than expected, but I know quality comes at a cost. I do think that a cheaper version would be perfect for little kids who love hip hop, but can't yet be exposed to the explicit content of the culture. All in all, this is one of my favorite purchased of the year.
