If you don't know who Steve Stoute is then you don't know hip hop! Just kidding, but really, he is one of the most influential movers & shakers in the industry. You can credit him with branding artists such as Nas and Mary J. Blige, building a successful advertising company with Jay Z and authoring the book The Tanning of America: How Hip-Hop Created a Culture That Rewrote the Rules of the New Economy which has been turned into a documentary to be televised on VH1. Big things!
