When I first starting rapping in 8th grade/2001, one of my most favorite and most inspirational shows was The Basement...seeing different artists from Dipset to Krs 1 to Cassidy get on the mic and freestyle was amazing to me...I looked up to them and learned from there...and when the show finally ended, I won't lie, it hurt. lol Here goes a few of my favorite freestyles...shout out to the people on YouTube that uploaded this!!
